MLAs in Jammu contribute to Seva bharathi flood relief

State BJP expressed deepest sympathies and condolences to all those families who have lost their members in the Leh cloudburst tragedy.
It also resolved that each MLA of the party will donate rupees ten thousand and other senior functionaries will also make contribution towards raising an amount of rupees five lakh for the relief and rehabilitation of the affected families. The amount shall be routed through ‘Ladakh Aapda Kosh’ set up by Seva Bharti.

JK Montessorie School Contributes 11,000 to leh victims through seva bharathi

ST NEWS SERVICE JAMMU: A Shanti Sabha was held in the premises of JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School Talab Tillo Jammu in which staff and the students of the school expressed their heart felt concern and sympathy for the people of Leh who faced the wrath of nature. There was huge loss of property and precious lives they expressed support and solidarity to the people of Leh.
There was a silent prayer for two minutes where they prayed to “All Mighty” to grant peace to the innocent souls who lost their lives. The school contributed Rs.11, 000 as humble token of oneness and goodwill through Seva Bharti. A box was more amounts voluntarily.
