Sewa bharti: 39 J&K students on a fun trip in city

The students of Disha Prakalap at the Rock Garden As many as 39 children associated with Disha Prakalp - a rehabilitation centre in Jammu and Kashmir - today visited the rock garden, Chhatbir Zoo and Sukhna Lake as part of their three day trip to the city.The children, aged between five and seventeen years, are all victims of tragic incidents like the Leh cloudburst, terrorism and the J&K earthquake. The rehabilitation centres are run by the Kashmir unit of Sewa Bharti - a Non-government Organisation.The children have been invited by the Sharda Sarvhitkari Model Senior Secondary School in Sector 40. The excitement among the children after visiting the rock garden today was palpable. “I loved the laughing mirrors and the aquariums in the rock garden. I had never seen any of these before,” said twelve year old Rigzan Angdu, who was admitted to Disha Prakalp in January this year after losing his family to the Leh cloudburst last year.

Seva Bharati dedicates 92 houses to flood victims at Inamboodihal village of North Karnataka

Newly constructed houses by Seva Bharati Hunagunda Taluk: Seva Bharati, a premier social service organisation and a RSS initiative of seva projects, has dedicated more houses to flood victims. In a meaningful ceremony on July 12, 2011 at Inamboodihal village of Hunagunda Taluk at North Karnataka, Seva Bharati dedicated 92 newly constructed houses to the families of flood victims. Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, South-Central Zonal (Kshethreeya) Sampark Pramukh of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh handed over these houses to the villlagers. Dr Prabhakar Bhat inaugurates the event “Without expecting any fame for service activities, Seva Bharati is serving the needful population of the state. We should think that ‘Seva’ is an opportunity to serve mankind and the eternal God. Relief work at the Kalka Mail Accident by Sangh volunteers

Origional Post :- ram-madhav A tragic accident that happened to the Delhi-bound Kalka Mail on 10 July morning is tragic. 
Two general compartments were very badly mangled. We got the information that at least 60 people have died and hundreds injured. What appalled us was that till 4 pm the Railway Accident Relief train had not reached the site of the accident although it was just a 4-hour normal train run time away at Allahabad.
The RSS Swayamsevaks were already  at the site of the accident for several hours helping the railwaymen and other security personnel. They were there at the railway station near the dead bodies. They were there in hospitals where the injured have been transported. They were there even in Kanpur attending to the seriously injured. The Swayamsevaks were at the site, the hospitals helping the victims and their relatives. They were even gathering blood donor lists need for blood and other help. The local volunteers were …

SATURDAY VISIT TO GOPAL DHAM (Sewa bharati): Home for Militancy orphaned, destituted children

On Saturday, I went to a child home (or precisely boys home who don’t have their parents to look after them) named as Gopal Dham. It is situated on Bhopura – Loni Road in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Actually I went there to do some for needy so I was carrying some packets of biscuits and donated amount for one time meal for children. Total 90 boys were there from atleast 15 different states of India. Jammu & Kashmir was at number one because 33 boys came from there. They were victim of terrorist attacks and lost their parents. Indian army picked them handed over to Gopal Dham. These boys were of all age group starting from 5 years to 17 years. They study in public school. An electrician and musicians visit there to teach boys to be stand on their own feet.

I came to know that there is no Government aid for this noble cause as this Gopal Dham run by Sewa Bharti (a member organisation of Sangh Pariwar). It manages all the funding…


Source: Gopal Dham Gopaldham is a residential project for the orphan destitude and millitancy affected children from different part of provide free education and homely environment accommadation for is located at nearby panchsheel colony,boupura,loni road,gaziabad disrict.(up). Project is run under the aegis of sewa bharti delhi a social ngo for the welfare of society. Currently there are 102 children various 16 states of india. Children are imparted with quality education by sending them in reputed school like vivekananda saraswati vidya mandir.they are also given cocurricullum activities like music class,dance class,yoga class,electric training class and many other class for the allround development of the children. Project was established on 2004 with 5 orphan sibling of local area where gopaldham is located.

Sewa Bharti, Delhi: Supporting poor girls

Marriage of 16 poor girls was organized by Sewa Bharti, Delhi. Vedic Asha Trust supported the marriage of poor girls. The function was organized at a Auditorium in East Delhi. Nitin Gupta attended this function.

All the Hindu rituals were followed during the marriage ceremony. The function was attended by about 2000 people. At the end of the marriage ceremony all the brides went to the house of their in-laws.
