Seva Bharathi continues relief work in Tamil Nadu

Chennai: Seva Bharathi volunteers, who took up relief and rehabilitation work in flood-affected areas in the city and neighbouring districts continued their work.

According to a press note, Phase III of rehabilitation work was taken up following a survey by volunteers and the need was accessed.

Accordingly, in a jointly programme organised jointly by Seva Bharathi Tamilnadu and Zoho Corporation Pvt Limited at Muthumariamman Temple, MG Nagar, Urapakkam West, on Sunday, materials worth around Rs six lakh were distributed.

In a unique way, cows along with calfs were distributed to the locals who requested for the same. Materials like printer, scanner, tailoring tools, electrical tools etc. were also distributed by Durai Shankar, president, Seva Bharathi. S S Chandrasekaran, Zoho Corporation Pvt. Limited was also present
