Social activist donates waste-collection tricycle : Sevabharathi


The Seva Bharathi, Tamil Nadu, Tambaram centre, celebrated ‘Republic Day’. P. Shankar of Seva Bharathi hoisted the national flag at Bala Vinayagar Kovil Street, West Tambaram. Maria Selvam, retired sergeant, Indian Air Force, presided over the celebration.
P. Vinayagamoorthy, a social activist, distributed a free garden waste collection tricycle to the conservancy staff of ward 18 of Chitlapakkam Selection Grade Town Panchayat. He has identified two points, one at Judge Colony First Main Road and at Second Main Road, for the disposal of green wastes.

Free lunch and sweet boxes were distributed to domestic helpers, newspaper delivery boys, postmen, tailors, cobblers, auto drivers, watchmen and supervisors of Tambaram Sanatorium railway station .
